Designed specifically for the Yakima Roof Rack and Pickup Carrier Systems, the Recovery Track Mounts fit any Yakima system, but are also compatible with roof racks from other manufacturers thanks to the ingenious sliding block attachment.

Yakima Recovery Track Mount Basic

This system is designed for use with Yakima Sidebars in combination with Yakima Overhaul HD or Yakima Outpost HD pickup roof racks.

This system works best when mounted on the side, but you can also use it to mount your sand trays horizontally on your roof rack rails, or possibly on the roof racks of your roof tent.

Yakima Recovery Track Mount Pro

This version includes additional upright brackets to mount your sand trays to the side of your roof rack.
The advantage of upright mounting is obvious - you save a lot of space on the roof rack and of course you can get to your sand trays faster in an emergency.
