We have summarized everything you need to know about returns here.
(The statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected by the following regulations. You can find more information on this under Right of withdrawal).
RETOURE
Something doesn't fit or you don't like it? You can send your goods to the following address within 14 days without giving any reason (costs are to be covered by you):

We ask for your understanding that we can only take back unused goods. The item must not be soiled or show signs of use, or any attached labels may be removed.
The Process:
Three simple steps - this is how your return works.
(The statutory right of withdrawal is unaffected by this, but the following procedure makes it easier for us to process your request).
1. packaging the goods
Ideally, please return the goods to us in the original packaging or another suitable shipping carton.
2. send the goods
In the event of a complaint, affix the return label sent by us or have the QR code scanned at the DHL/Post branch. In all other cases, frank the postage yourself at DHL/Post.
3. you will receive your refund
As soon as we receive your return, we will check it and initiate the refund. This process normally takes no longer than 4-5 working days. The refund will be made to the payment method you selected when ordering.
EXCHANGE
If you would like to exchange an item, please send us an email to hello@campanions.de and we will do our best to help you.
IN CASE OF COMPLAINT
If the goods arrive damaged or have other defects, please contact us and we will work with you to find the best solution for you.
