The medium version of the Yakima Skyrise roof tent is significantly wider, longer and higher and therefore offers a truly fantastic feeling of space.

Despite the greater amount of space, it is actually only just under 5 kg heavier than the smaller Skyrise HD Small roof tent.

Both sizes of these folding roof tents impress with their sophisticated design and high-quality choice of materials. The well thought-out construction made of lightweight, stable aluminum poles and robust high-tech textiles with a high water column makes no compromises in terms of comfort and safety and offers a dry and warm place to sleep at any time of the year.

The highlights of the YAKIMA Sykrise HD roof tents for us are:

Four large window or door openings on the sides - naturally with double-layer technology:
- 1 layer of tent fabric for perfect darkness in the interior
- 1 layer of mosquito netting - so you can sleep peacefully with the window open, and honestly, a complete draught through the roof tent is just wonderful.
2 large skyview windows - even with the rainfly removed, you can still relax and enjoy the starry sky thanks to the mosquito net in the tent body.
Perfect use of space - the well thought out frame geometry gives you a great feeling of space and plenty of room.
Unbelievably light at only 51 kg

And... The quick-release system and tool-free assembly units are simply amazing:

No more fiddling with the counter plates on the roof rack - no tools required thanks to the clever locking system. Fit, tighten, done.
