By default, we can only ship to the countries listed below:

Depending on the size of your order, we will ship via DHL, GLS, or freight forwarder.
If you would like to ship to another country, please send us an email to hello@campanions.de before you place your order, stating the item(s) you would like to order, the quantity you would like to order, and the delivery address including the country and postal code.
We will let you know if we are able to ship to your country and - if we are able to ship to your country - we will let you know the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner about the shipping options and costs.
Shipping inside Germany
Shipping costs:
Our shipping costs within Germany depend on the weight and length of the item. You can see this information for each item on the detail page.
The following shipping costs will apply:
Items up to max. 120 cm length: (Shipment with )
up to 31,5 kg: 5,99 €
Items over 120 cm length: (Shipment with )
up to 31,5 kg: 9,99 €
up to 40 kg: 14,99 €
We charge an island surcharge of €13.99 for shipping to German islands for items that exceed a maximum length of 120cm.
We ship free of charge within Germany for orders over 50 € gross. (Excludes bulky items and Rooftents)
Bulky goods shipping costs:
For items weighing more than 40 kg, we charge a shipping fee of € 49.99 per delivery address, as we have to use a freight forwarder. This is indicated separately on the product page.
Rooftop tent shipping costs:
For roof tents, we charge shipping costs of € 119.00 per delivery address, as we have to ship them with a forwarding agent. This is indicated separately on the respective product page.
Delivery time:
Because we want you to get your new items as quickly as possible, we strive to ship them the same business day they are ordered (provided we receive your order by 12:00).
National parcel services usually take 2-3 business days to deliver.
Shipment by a freight forwarder may take approximately 3-6 business days (Rooftents 8-10 business days), as they usually try to contact the customer by phone in advance and arrange a delivery date to avoid situations where the customer is not available. For this reason, it is advisable to provide a telephone number when ordering goods to be shipped by carrier, so that the carrier can coordinate the delivery date with you.
If the order contains items with different delivery times, we will try to ship them together to reduce environmental impact, unless otherwise agreed with you. In this case, the delivery time will be based on the item with the longest delivery time.
If you choose to pick up the order yourself, we will notify you as soon as the order is ready for pickup. In this case no shipping costs will be charged.
Shipping outside Germany
Our shipping costs outside of Germany depend on the weight. You can see the shipping weight for each item on the detail page.

Bulky goods shipping costs:
For items with a weight of more than 40 kg and Rooftents, we are not able to offer a flat rate for shipping at this time. Please send us an email to hello@campanions.de before ordering and tell us the item, the quantity and the delivery address with country and postal code. We will then let you know if we can ship to your country and - if we can ship to your address - we will let you know the shipping costs and the delivery time, as we have to ask our shipping partner or carrier about the shipping options and costs in advance.

When shipping to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may be incurred for which we are not responsible and which you will be required to pay. These include, for example, costs for money transfers by financial institutions (e.g., transfer fees, exchange fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g., customs duties, import sales tax, etc.).
