The lid of the Dutch Oven features a hermetic seal that traps moisture and flavors inside the pot. This innovative design enhances the flavor of your dishes, making them juicier and more aromatic. Whether you're making a hearty pot roast or a tender chicken casserole, the flavors will be perfectly locked in.
Speaking of the lid, it can also be used as a pan! How cool is that? Just flip the lid over and you have a large cooking surface where you can fry eggs, sauté vegetables, or even bake delicious desserts. It's like having two kitchen appliances in one!

Reheat your cast iron pot, put oil in it and additionally some salt - let the whole thing cool down and clean everything with a soft cloth, afterwards please let it in again with a fine film of oil - then you will enjoy your pan, pot or any other product made of cast iron for a long time.
