This semi-universal vehicle awning was designed precisely for this purpose, so that you can also cook outside, protected from the weather, relaxing or simply sitting together. This tarp attaches easily to the vehicle with a sophisticated strap system and is great for tailgating kitchens in particular to create a larger covered space for cooking, playing and enjoying.
With its sturdy one-pole construction, you'll have amazing freedom to move around in your newly created space, and you can leave it permanently installed even in the windiest of weather. For us, these flexible awnings are much more convenient to use than a permanently installed vehicle awning, which would most likely be inconvenient during our off-road trips. Weather protection is also better with this system - at least that's our impression, as they offer protection on the sides as well.
