Complementing the new duotone Barebones enamel dinnerware set, these enamel mugs are, as always, made of the finest, most durable enamel - meaning they are virtually indestructible, definitely shatterproof, and absolutely safe to use even with hot drinks.
In the classic retro look of Barebones enamelware, this version features a combination of matte olive on the outside and glossy cream on the inside - as always with the beautiful contrasting stainless steel rim that gives the design the finishing touch.

Enamel - the sustainable alternative to melamine

We love our Barebones enamel dinnerware - not only for its exceptional look, durability and versatility, but also for its properties:

Enamel is completely recyclable
does not release any harmful substances during use, even at high temperatures (200°C), and is therefore completely safe to use
Can be cleaned with warm water only, making it the perfect choice for us, especially when we are self-sufficient on the road.
Unbreakable - will not break or shatter
With proper care, you will probably have these dishes for life.

What about maintenance?

Enamel is actually an incredibly low-maintenance product - there are just a few things to keep in mind:

Dishwashing is not recommended.
Do not use harsh cleaners, only very mild ones.
Never use hard sponges - it doesn't need them.
For stubborn stains, we recommend soaking your enamelware in warm water and then wiping it with a soft dishcloth - experience has shown that this is perfectly adequate.

The only NO GO - never put it in the microwave!
