Whether you use it on a double-burner gas stove, on the grill, or directly over a campfire, the cast iron griddle lets your culinary creativity run wild and gives you the best results every time. The special coating distributes heat evenly over the entire surface for optimal frying and cooking results.

Maintenance couldn't be easier, either - the best way to clean a cast iron skillet or Dutch oven is to simply wash it with warm water, dry it carefully, and re-lubricate it with a thin layer of sunflower oil or another oil that won't go rancid. Then you'll enjoy your culinary companion for a long time.
